Tail Feather – Spellbinder
This is another one of those Jenny on the rail of the balcony type of jams. It might have some type of crazy effect on you.

Two Of The Sickest Breakdowns in Indie Rock
First off, the picture above truly has nothing to do with this post I just like it and couldn’t think of anything special to put there for the moment. Now, there has been two, memorable, times while I have been listening to modern indie rock that have just taken me to another level or dimension. They stand out to me so much that I can’t wait to listen to them and I try not to overly do it. What’s even better about them is that the whole song is great but these parts just touch a nerve in a special manner. I call them breakdowns, some may call them riffs, I’m not sure what the artists themselves would refer to them as but it has to be something along the same lines as complete nirvana. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. Continue reading
Sunbeam Sound Machine – Cosmic Love Affair
What a pleasant song to listen to. Enjoy!
Sun City – High
Some pretty good background music for work. I like the uptempo of the production and the voice meshes with the synths perfectly. Enjoy

Youngblood Hawke – We Come Running (RAC Remix)
I heard the band was going thru a tough time when they made this song, good gracious, seems like it was well worth it. An excellent tune! All the vocals mashed together with such harmony. Enjoy! Continue reading
Why is it so hard to find another “Electric Feel”?
Since 2007 I have been on a mission to find a song that sounds similar to MGMT’s “Electric Feel”. It has been a hell of a journey to find a band that produces such a funky sound. If you haven’t heard this song, be prepared to have an ear orgasm, peep. Continue reading
Song of the Week (outside of hip hop) Mixtape!!

Just in time for the 4th of July road trip or if you just want something to play at your event. This is the first mixtape of the series and I believe that it has a nice spread of music, from music by Nirvana to songs by Santigold. After looking at the tracklist I realized that I have more songs to share, I originally thought that I had already posted them but I will continue sharing next week. Thanks for the continued support and enjoy the holiday week!! Tracklist, online stream, and download after the link Continue reading
