Wild Nothing – Counting Days

I’m enjoying listening to this song. It’s so pleasant and it makes me want to hear more from this artist.

Another Album That You Don’t Want to Miss Out On This Year

It’s nice to hear a song from a band that you have never heard of and like it. It’s even better when that band releases a full album without all of the promotional timeline bull@#@t and it’s actually worthy of playing all the way through without skipping a single track. So here’s the songs that I can’t wait to hear while listening to the album. Continue reading

James Blake – Retrograde (video)

I heard this song a few days ago and I can’t get it out of my head. His voice meshes right with the sounds used in the song. I enjoy the build up but I’m left disappointed by the fading off soon afterwards. I doubt his new album ‘Retrograde’ sounds anywhere as good as this song but I really can’t say until I listen to it in it’s entirety but that’s how it tends to go in these genres so I can speculate.
